A Project for the United Nations Organization

UN Agencies:

FAO: Food and Agricultural Organization

WFP: World Food Program

IFAD: International Fund for Agricultural Development

Project Developer: Phillip S. Hadlock, at the MyOwn Institute

RECITLES:

Between 1999 and 2001, Mr. Hadlock developed the FEED Project for three Agencies of the United Nations Organization (UN).

Based in the development of a new technology that stabilizes the lipase enzyme in Rice Bran making it commercially available as a wholefood.

In 1999 nearly 50 million metric tons of rice bran was destroyed due to rapid rancidity. Once stabilized, this 50 million metric tons of rice bran would be enough to feed 250 million people one pound of highly nutritious rice bran each day for a year.
